Returns & Refund Policy – Rogue Adventures

At Rogue Adventures, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@rogue-adventure.com or call (903) 989-4253. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid label.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, please initiate a return once it’s delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a full refund, including all related shipping costs.
