Refunds & Returns Policy

At Rogue Adventures, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve made the return and refund process straightforward, so you can shop with total confidence.

1. Return Window
You may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond this period.

2. Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If you’re returning the item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives broken or isn’t functioning properly, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid return label. After we inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees you paid.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns
Decided the item isn’t right for you? No problem. You have up to 30 days to return it, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping will be at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product’s price, excluding any original shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@rogue-adventure.com.

6. Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the item and reason for return. We’ll let you know if this applies to your case before proceeding.
