Received a Damaged Item?
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package shows any signs of damage upon arrival—even if it’s just the outer box—please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, sign with the note “suspected damage.”
If your item is found to be damaged, simply send us clear photos of the item and packaging to support@rogue-adventure.com. We’ll take care of the rest and arrange a swift replacement or refund—typically within one business day.
